Sunset @ Balai Cerap UTM
Balai Cerap is the best place to be in UTM, while on top of it one can view the scenery of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with its unique architecture and layout. The best time to enjoy the view is during sunrise and sunset.
Balai cerap is everyone's favourite recreation spot due to its excitement toward the end. If you are in UTM, do mind to visit this wonderful place...
